It's always been my aim since I became a part of this project, SLAM Magazine, to focus on what's really important: Bringing people information on local arts and music. I wanted to give them some insight into the culture that, much like what's in my refrigerator, is growing right under my nose. This month I had the pleasure of meeting the guys from "Modest Proposal," a local comedy magazine. I had no idea that there was even a comedy culture in the valley, but I was thrilled to find out because I love to laugh.
